Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant in one of our three offices. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, presenting suitable property options, negotiating deals, arranging property viewings, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintaining comprehensive property records. Senior position available too and open to other roles if you are a Property Professional to expand our team.
Experience
* Consulting and Estate Agency knowledge
* Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
* Experience in Sales, particularly within the property market
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Valuation experience
* Proficient in using software and tools
* Experience with REAPIT preferred but not essential
* Experience in Lettings beneficial but not essential
