As a Children, Young People & Families Volunteer, you’ll be at the heart of empowering communities, promoting emotional wellbeing, and ensuring access to vital support.
This is your opportunity to be part of something meaningful. Whether you’re delivering essential resources to local communities, creating engaging wellbeing materials, or helping to run peer support groups and health interventions, your contribution will have a lasting impact. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in supporting young people’s wellbeing and strengthening family networks.
With full training, supervision, and flexible volunteering options, you’ll be supported every step of the way. You’ll also gain access to exclusive development opportunities, making this an ideal role if you’re looking to build skills, gain experience, or give back to your community.

About Us
Compass is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. Established for over 30 years, Compass is a national charity which works in communities across the UK providing services spanning substance misuse treatment and rehabilitation, early interventions for vulnerable young people, school-aged health programmes and associated prevention as well as treatment and health promotion initiatives.
