Key Responsibilities
1. Translate user requirements and technical specifications into concept designs and fully engineered solutions.
2. Plan and execute engineering and design activities.
3. Produce technical reports and specifications.
4. Generate design substantiation and scoping calculations.
5. Conduct site surveys and produce survey reports.
6. Perform technical reviews and risk assessments.
7. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, following company procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
1. Experience in highly regulated environments such as nuclear, pharmaceutical, chemical, oil & gas, or power generation is highly desirable.
2. Hazardous area environment experience is advantageous.
3. Familiarity with Remote Handling Systems and HAZOPs is beneficial.
4. Expertise in specific engineering areas relevant to the role.
5. Proven project delivery experience, including guiding technical personnel.
6. Security clearance is a plus.
