About the Role
Our client is an established provider of high-quality adult social care services. They are part of a 7-year local authority framework in Bristol, delivering ๐ domiciliary care, ๐ฅ day centre support, and ๐ข extra care services. With council-backed referrals, a stable contract, and a small committed team, theyโre ready to re-open their Bristol branch under the leadership of a motivated Registered Manager. ๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance โ
Review handovers, alerts & overnight reports โ
Manage rotas and resolve staff attendance issues โ
Conduct assessments and care plan reviews โ
Lead safeguarding responses and incident follow-ups โ
Liaise with families, GPs, commissioners, and MDTs โ
Complete audits: care notes, MARs, visit logs, staff files โ
Support recruitment, training, spot checks & supervisions โ
Prepare for inspections (CQC & local authority) โ
Launch and manage a brand-new Day Care Centre โ
Drive branch growth in line with local authority referrals

๐ Ideal Candidate
โ๏ธ Already registered with CQC as a Registered Manager (or previously held the role) โ๏ธ Experienced Deputy Managers ready to step up welcome to apply โ๏ธ Hold a Level 3 or higher Health & Social Care qualification (Level 5 preferred or willingness to work towards it) โ๏ธ Solid experience in domiciliary, day services, or community care โ๏ธ Confident with audits, safeguarding, staff management, and compliance โ๏ธ Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills โ๏ธ Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
