The successful candidate will be responsible for attending breakdowns, accidents, and vehicle recovery requests, safely transporting vehicles using specialist recovery equipment. Key Responsibilities * Attend roadside breakdowns and accident scenes to recover vehicles safely. * Operate Class 2 recovery vehicles including slide beds, spec lifts, or heavy recovery trucks. * Load, secure, and transport vehicles in accordance with company procedures and road safety regulations. * Provide excellent customer service to members of the public, breakdown customers, and insurance clients. * Complete job reports, paperwork, and digital logs accurately. * Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance of recovery equipment. * Liaise with control rooms, police, and emergency services when required. * Follow all health and safety procedures and industry standards.
