Client Relationship Manager Financial Services AdministratorLeicester (our Ref AL1418) office based with potential of hybrid after qualifying periodSalary to c£27,000 pa + benefitsI am currently recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager (Financial Services Administrator) to join an award-winning Wealth Management Company in Leicester.The successful applicant work within a team of CRMs and be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients alongside a Wealth Management Consultant.More about the role:Work closely with the consultants to support and ensure clients needs are metPreparation work for client meetingsAttending clients meetings, taking meeting notes (on/off site)Coordinating action points from meetings and completing work requiredResponsible for communication with clients (phone calls/emails etc.)Researching and collation of information in relation to advice being given to clientsLiaising with external providers on client queriesRequesting illustrations required in respect of new and existing businessProcessing of new business completed in line with compliant procedures and policiesUpdating client records and electronic foldersAbility to use cashflow modelling software to aid the wealth management and estate planning processThe successful applicant will:Have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar rolePossess an understanding of financial services including investments, pensions and estate planningHave excellent customer service skills and attention to detailBe able to proactively manage client affairs in a prompt and efficient mannerHave excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writingHave an organised approach with the ability to prioritise workload and remain flexible in a fast-paced environmentBe able to work in a team within an open office environmentBe honest and resilient, with the ability to resolve issues sooner rather than laterBenefits package:In addition to excellent career progression, with fantastic opportunities for promotion, training, support, and a great office environment, you will also have the exciting opportunity to take part in charity fundraising events and other social activities.Your benefits package includes the following:Group PensionLife AssuranceIncome ProtectionHealth Cash PlanPlus a choice of flexible voluntary benefits, so that means you can pick benefits to suit you!If this role is of interest, please apply with an up to date CV.We aim to respond to all applications within 10 days.
