Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Suffolk
Location: West: West Suffolk House, Bury St Edmunds / Ipswich: Endeavour House, Ipswich / North: Riverside, Lowestoft.
Pay Rate: £ 35/per hour
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 2 - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH.
Liquid Personnel is seeking an Adult Occupational Therapist to join their team in Suffolk.
Responsibilities:
Provide safe and timely delivery of front-line occupational therapy services
Support triage processes and reduce duplication between health and social care to manage OT waiting lists
Assist external care providers with safe and appropriate moving and handling practices
Review care packages to ensure best value and effective use of equipment
Assess and review double-handed care packages
Offer mutual aid to other OT areas as needed
Deliver OT assessments and reviews across the directorate
