Duties will include
* Visiting residential or business areas to introduce our services.
* Speaking confidently with members of the public to raise awareness and generate interest.
* Collecting accurate contact information and passing on warm leads to the sales team.
* Representing TLB Medicals in a professional and approachable manner at all times.
* Meeting achievable daily and weekly lead generation targets.
* Providing feedback to the team on local interest and campaign performance.
* Attending regular team meetings and training sessions.
Required Skills
* Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality.
* Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable, motivated, and target-driven.
* Organised with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Previous experience in field sales, canvassing, or customer service is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided.
