The Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work closely with class teachers to support pupils across all areas of learning, both in class and in small groups.
Assist in delivering high-quality lessons and interventions.
Support the pastoral and academic development of pupils.
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including school events and extracurricular activities.
Receive ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development tailored to your career goals.

A graduate (any discipline) with a genuine passion for working with children and an interest in primary education.
Someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
A caring, positive individual who can build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
An aspiring teacher who is keen to develop their skills and progress onto teacher training after one year.
