Mission Christmas Social Media Co-ordinator and Warehouse Support (Temporary) – Liverpool. This holiday season we are looking for a Social Media Coordinator / Warehouse Support to support Mission Christmas in Liverpool. Mission Christmas is the largest Christmas gift appeal in the UK. Our aim is to ensure every child wakes up to a present on Christmas morning.
The Social Media Co-ordinator / Warehouse Support plays a vital role in promoting Mission Christmas and in handling donor and beneficiary communications. This is a temporary role with responsibilities across social media, media content collection, and light warehouse/administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Gathering and sharing multimedia content to promote Mission Christmas on radio, social media, and digital platforms.
* Overseeing Cash for Kids social media channels for your area (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn); posting daily updates, acknowledging supporters, encouraging donations, and responding to public inquiries.
* Collecting photos, audio, and video content to support Mission Christmas across radio, social media, and digital platforms.
* Receiving, sorting and preparing donated gifts.
* Administrative duties including telephone calls, emails and texts to beneficiaries.
* Moving and lifting gifts as part of warehouse support.
What You'll Bring
A basic knowledge of Office applications and an understanding of the main social media platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram) is essential.
You should be organised, flexible, enthusiastic and committed to making sure every child has a magical Christmas moment.
You will need to hold a current, full clean UK driving licence and have your own transportation.

Temporary position with provisional dates 17 November to 23 December. Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm.
