The Role
As an Associate Building Surveyor, you’ll take a senior position within the building surveying team, leading projects from inception topletion. You’ll work closely with clients, manage refurbishment and maintenance schemes, and provide expert advice onpliance, sustainability, and asset management.
Key responsibilities include:
6. Conducting detailed building inspections and preparing technical reports
7. Managing refurbishment and maintenance projects
8. Advising clients onpliance, sustainability, and asset strategy
9. Mentoring junior staff and supporting their development
10. Contributing to business development and client relationship management
What You’ll Bring
MRICS qualification with substantial post-qualification experience
11. Proven track record in project delivery and client management
12. Strong technical knowledge andmunication skills
13. Experience across multiple sectors
