We are currently recruiting for a Head of Operational Finance to join the firm on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be responsible for leading the Finance Operations team, which includes oversight of Billing, Revenue Control and Accounts Payable/Receivable. You will have direct line management responsibility for the Finance Operations Senior Manager.
You will be part of the Senior Finance Leadership Team (SFLT) and responsible for overseeing finance operations to deliver high-quality services to internal legal and business services teams and clients. The role will identify, and drive projects aimed at improving operational finance efficiency and client service, whilst ensuring adherence to rules, regulations, and policies as well as leading the operational finance team on their daily tasks.
If you have substantial experience in legal and/or professional services sector and possess strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven record of enhancing operational finance team engagement and performance, this could be the role for you.
