Permanent Veterinary Clinical Director - Accrington, Lancashire

We are recruiting on behalf of a practice in Accrington for a Permanent Veterinary Clinical Director to join their team.
This role is full time with weekends on a rota. There will be time off in lieu of any weekends worked. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.
This clinic is an established and thriving practice that provides a supportive and friendly environment to work in. They focus on ensuring that everyone has a good work-life balance and invite everyone to present their opinions on how the practice is run.
You will be leading a team of 2 vets, 4 RVNs and a supportive non-clinical team. You must have extensive experience of working as a vet in a small animal clinic and be passionate about keeping up to date with their own professional development.

29. You will be comfortable with routine surgeries

33. You will be able to establish good working relationships with clients and be confident in all consultations
34. You will contribute to the practice with ideas enabling them to stay at the forefront of clinical thinking whilst also maintaining the ethos of providing a high standard of clinical care to all pets.
35. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop a great rapport with both clients and staff.
