Are you a results-driven Account Manager with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving operational excellence? This is an exciting opportunity to join a national Facilities Management provider, where you’ll manage key client accounts, deliver exceptional service outcomes, and help shape the success of a growing operations team.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring contractual, compliance, and financial commitments are met while maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver efficient, high-quality facility services that align with client expectations and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow existing client accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement;
* Oversee contract performance, service delivery, and KPI compliance;
* Prepare client reports, budgets, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making;
* Lead commercial activities including invoicing, budget tracking, and margin improvement;
* Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and operational standards across all sites;
* Collaborate with service, asset, and estimating teams to enhance client outcomes;
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as the key point of contact for issue resolution; and
* Drive continuous improvement, sustainability, and innovation initiatives.

About You

You’re an experienced Account Manager with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. You’re commercially astute, confident managing budgets and contracts, and passionate about delivering great service outcomes.

You will have:

* Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in facilities management or a related industry;
* Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering contract outcomes;
* Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
* Sound financial and analytical skills, with experience managing budgets and reporting;
* Solid understanding of compliance, WHS, and service level agreements (SLAs); and
* Strategic mindset with the ability to identify efficiencies and growth opportunities.
