A client of ours in the Mildenhall area are recruiting an Office Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and paying £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience. Reporting to the General Manager, key duties include but are not limited to: Oversee the smooth and efficient functioning of the head office environment. Coordinate with facilities, IT support, and maintenance teams to handle maintenance and resolve issues. Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory levels. Organise meeting room reservations and support the planning of company events. Act as the first point of contact for visitors Manage incoming calls and emails dealing with customer enquiries Maintain customer records and databases Assist sales team with quotes, order processing and follow-ups.
