You'll be the first point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring smooth order progression and exceptional service. Working closely with our Sales Executives, you'll manage enquiries, process orders, and proactively revive lapsed accounts. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will help maintain our high standards and drive operational efficiency. What You'll Be Doing Supporting sales growth by managing and streamlining order progression and customer communications. Using our CRM system (MS Dynamics) to track leads, update customer records, and monitor sales activity. Proactively contacting lapsed or underutilised accounts to unlock opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. Collaborating with Sales Executives, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. What We're Looking For You'll be an organized and proactive professional with a knack for sales support. Minimum of 12 months' experience in a sales coordination, administration, or support role. Proven track record in handling customer enquiries and outbound calls in a phone-based environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a friendly, professional manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous).
