SC Cleared Test Engineer / Systems Test Technician Location: Portsmouth (Onsite 5 Days Per Week) Shifts: Rotational Shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm) We are currently seeking a Test Engineer / Systems Test Technician to support testing and troubleshooting activities within a secure engineering environment in Portsmouth. This role involves working on system and subsystem testing, fault investigation, quality inspection, and test documentation within a highly regulated technical environment. Key Responsibilities Install and configure test equipment Execute system and subsystem testing activities Perform initial fault-finding and troubleshooting Conduct first-level quality inspections Prepare test reports and associated documentation Support sensor calibration and test facility preparation Track and support issue resolution through to closure Required Skills & Experience Experience within systems testing, electronics testing, or RF testing environments Familiarity with RF test equipment including: Spectrum Analysers RF Simulators Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work to strict procedures and project timelines Good documentation and reporting skills Clearance Requirements Candidates must either: Hold active SC Clearance, or Be a British National eligible to undergo SC Clearance Due to the nature of the project, all work is fully onsite and subject to additional vetting checks.
