Infrastructure Team
Our growing infrastructure team specialises in drainage, highways, and plot design, working alongside transport planners to provide fully integrated services. Our expertise includes:

Role Description
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 1–3 years of experience who is eager to develop skills and contribute to diverse, impactful projects. Mentored by experienced Principal Engineers, you will be involved throughout the project lifecycle—from feasibility studies to detailed design and on-site construction supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the design and delivery of infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
* Conduct feasibility studies and options assessments.
* Prepare professional reports for planning and technical submissions.
* Produce and manage high-quality CAD drawings.
* Draft technical specifications and design documentation.
* Take on early client-facing responsibilities and collaborate closely with senior staff for mentorship and guidance.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in one or more of drainage, highways, earthworks, or utilities coordination.
* Familiarity with Civil 3D, Causeway Flow, or MicroDrainage is advantageous.
* Experience working within multidisciplinary teams or on large projects.
* BEng/MEng or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
* Strong motivation to pursue professional registration (e.g., ICE).
