The ideal candidate will have strong business development ability and a proven track record of winning instructions. Knowledge of the local area and an ARLA qualification would be highly advantageous. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Generating new business and securing high-quality instructions Conducting market appraisals and valuations for residential lettings Managing and listing properties on behalf of landlords Providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants Building and maintaining strong relationships in the local market Collaborating with the lettings team to meet and exceed targets Contributing to the continued growth of the lettings business What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Lister Strong valuation and instruction-winning track record Excellent sales and negotiation skills Outstanding communication and customer service ability Professional, ambitious, and self-motivated approach Well-presented, energetic, and personable Local knowledge of Crawley (advantageous) Full UK driving licence (essential) ARLA qualification (beneficial) What's In It For You?
