Branch Manager – Steel Access Covers
Location: Walsall
Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus

Role Overview
The role of the Branch Manager – Steel Access Covers will involve:
* Managing a branch selling a range of steel access covers.
* Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration and sales.
* Ensuring H&S practices are adhered to by all employees.
* Dealing with order values ranging from £50 - £20,000.
* Ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
* Managing the budget and allocation of funds.
* Providing training, development and motivation to all depot personnel.
* Networking to improve the branch presence and reputation.
Qualifications
* Must have experience working as a Branch Manager within a builders merchant.
* Proactive and positive individual.
* Excellent communication skills written and verbally.
* Good understanding of H&S practices.
