Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Retail Sales Advisor to work 25 hours a week on a rota basis between Monday and Saturday. Hourly Rate £12.30 / Annual Salary £15,990 (Full Time Equivalent £25,584).
What you’ll be doing as a Retail Sales Advisor
* Delivers first-class customer service in line with company expectations, ensuring all customer needs are met and customers repeatedly return.
* Take ownership of contributing to store sales targets and KPIs including Revenue, Margin, Conversion, Footfall, Quotes and ATV to maximise profitability of the store.
* Contribute to the store outreach plan using local knowledge, which may include outbound sales calls, visiting customers and participating in meetings and events in store.
* Partake in general shop floor duties, including stock replenishment and processing deliveries.
* Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are met to drive customer engagement and repeat custom by maximizing Store KPIs.
* Accurately complete stock auditing tasks in line with manager guidance.
* Process customer payment transactions whilst adhering to policy.
* Be accountable for reading, understanding, and adhering to all retail policies communicated by your line manager.
* Uphold high standards of cleaning in shop floor, back areas, windows and fitting rooms to create a healthy environment for customers and colleagues.
* Treat all visitors to the store with respect and consideration using training provided to assess and approach difficult situations with a positive solution.
* Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all visitors to Store.
* Ask questions to ensure comprehension of all working practices and procedures.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer experience and satisfaction with proactivity and willingness to go the extra mile to find the right solution for the customer. * Good level of IT literacy as you will be preparing quotes for customers and operating different systems and using Excel, Word and Outlook.
