Role Overview
Location: Romsey
Pay: £15.50 per hour
Hours: 4 on 4 off – days and nights
Grade: Site Based

Responsibilities
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to lead, support, and inspire our security team while ensuring the highest level of service delivery and compliance.
In this role, the Site Supervisor will act as a key point of contact for daily operations, performance oversight, team development, and client relationship management — all while upholding the core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
Qualifications
* Valid SIA Licence
* Right to work in the UK
* Five‑year checkable history (employment, education, or unemployment)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Competent in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and discretion
* Highly organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively
* Strong leadership and communication abilities
* Confident decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
* Comprehensive security knowledge and operational awareness
* High levels of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
* Ability to obtain SC Clearance (UK nationals only)
