Associate Lecturer in Coaching, Leadership & Management, Education for Industry Group

Contract: Fixed-Term, Flexible Contract (Level 5 Operations or Departmental Manager Apprenticeship)
We are currently seeking an Associate Lecturer to deliver our Level 5 Operations or Departmental Manager Apprenticeship at EFI Training.
As an Associate Lecturer, you will contribute to the exceptional delivery of our Apprenticeship provision to our corporate clients, ensuring alignment with externally accredited standards and qualifications. You will plan, organise and deliver exceptional teaching activities for the cohort, ensuring every learner receives the highest quality teaching, learning and feedback, successfully preparing them for progression in industry. You will be responsible for creating and delivering industry relevant content, in line with the course and wider programme objectives.
About EFI Training
EFI Training delivers dynamic, industry-led Apprenticeship programmes designed to equip employees with real-world skills through hands‑on workplace learning. Ranging from Level 2 to Level 6, our programmes last 1‑2 years. During this time, apprentices work with our employer partners while studying with EFI Training to achieve an industry‑recognised Apprenticeship Standard. From Food to Home, Beauty to Fashion, we collaborate with iconic brands like Harrods, ASDA, Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer, SpaceNK, AllSaints, and ASOS and more. About you
* Qualifications: A relevant Level 5 qualification in Coaching and/or Mentoring or a comparable subject.
* Experience: Proven track record in management, delivering qualification‑based programmes and coaching learners to achieve strong outcomes.
* Expertise: Ability to help learners relate learning to work and contextualise theory within the learner’s work role and culture.
* Passion: Motivational leader with excellent presentation skills and genuine enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring others.

Salary
£37.58 per hour, inclusive of teaching, preparation and associated pedagogic work, on Levels 2, 3 and 4; £42 per hour for Levels 5 and 6. Non‑teaching duties across provisions, including course development work, are paid at £23.85 per hour inclusive.
