Part-time mental health therapists are sought to deliver care with a tech-enabled platform that prioritizes patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Counsel clients with benefits ranging from short-term goal-focused EAP to employer health plans allowing unlimited sessions as medically necessary.
* Treat adults who have completed online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
* Preferably, also be open to treating additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
* Maintain an up-to-date calendar displaying availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our scheduling system.
* Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to client needs.
* Collaborate with dedicated provider support team, clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team for assistance.
* Provide culturally competent and empathetic care upholding values of diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
* Unrestricted license to practice counseling (Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, etc.) in the UK. We cannot accept applications requiring licensed supervision.
* Post-graduate experience with at least 3 years post-training experience.
* Comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
* Available for monthly in-person sessions in Aylesbury, England.
* Training and experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
* Comfortable with safety planning and intervention during high-risk situations.
* Committed to quality clinical care and informed of client progress or challenges.
* Independent work style but enjoy team support and opportunities for connections and collaboration.
