* Drive Value:Identify opportunities to maximise the value of Council assets for the benefit of the community
* Lead Change:Be at the heart of our organisational effectiveness agenda, translating high-level strategy into real-world delivery
* Inspire Teams:Nurture a high-performing culture, mentoring staff and managing a significant service budget
* Shape Strategy:Lead the preparation of the Strategic Asset Management Plan and handle high-stakes acquisitions and disposals
Key skills/experience required

* Expertise:A degree-level education andRICS (or equivalent)qualification
* Experience:A proven track record of senior management in complex, political environments
* Innovation:The ability to implement digital technologies and creative solutions to meet resident needs
