Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
12. Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults to determine required repairs
13. Carrying out vehicle services and repairs in a timely and accurate manner
14. Road testing vehicles to ensure proper operation after work completion
15. Handling parts correctly and ensuring proper storage
16. Providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients
17. Maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism at all times
Candidate requirements:
18. Minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
19. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade
20. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to identify faults efficiently
21. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
22. Good communication skills and a professional attitude
23. Flexibility to work within a team-oriented environment and adapt to the dealership’s operational hours
