We are looking for a passionate, user-centric, and execution-driven Product Manager to join our growing product team. As ZYMIX continues to scale across the UK and Europe, you will play a key role in shaping core product experiences, driving user engagement, and delivering innovative social-first features.
The ideal candidate has solid experience in internet companies, preferably within social or consumer-facing apps, and possesses strong product thinking, analytical capability, and cross-functional collaboration skills. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership teams to transform product vision into impactful user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Planning
* Define product goals, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with company strategy.
* Translate business objectives and user needs into clear product requirements and specifications.
* Continuously refine product strategy through user insights, data analysis, and market research.
2. Product Development & Execution
* Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, requirement definition, development, testing, to launch.
* Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
* Manage product timelines, scope, and trade-offs to achieve efficient execution.
3. User Experience & Growth
* Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.
* Drive optimization initiatives through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
* Contribute to building engaging social features and community-driven experiences.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
* Work with marketing, operations, and business teams to support product launches and growth initiatives.
* Align stakeholders across departments to ensure clarity and execution efficiency.
* Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes effectively to internal teams.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years of Product Manager experience in internet or technology companies.
* Prior experience working on consumer-facing or social apps is strongly preferred.
* Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
* Proven ability to translate user needs into scalable product solutions.
* Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing product metrics and KPIs.
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail and execution excellence.
* Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (bilingual required).
