70 per hour (£26,416 per year for a 40 hour week)
Plus up to £5,000 per year in tips (paid weekly based on last years earnings), giving total potential earnings of £31,416 per year.

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our friendly kitchen team at our restaurant and takeaway overlooking the stunning Fistral surf beach in Newquay, Cornwall.

Supporting the Head Chef to ensure that Rick's dishes, vision and desire for quality delivers a fantastic dining experience for our guests.

Rick and Jill Stein started our family run business back in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England, plus hotel rooms, cookery school, shops and an online shop. Travel to work - We are a 10 minute walk from the bus station and a 20 minute walk from the train station
Uniform- we provide our kitchen teams with chef whites.
Rick Stein Fistral is casual and laid-back serving Rick's famous fish & chips as well as Indian takeaway with dishes inspired by Rick's travels.
