Your role will be to support 4 people with a learning disability to achieve their objectives and deliver complex health support within the community in a 24hr supported living setting. As a support worker, you will be part of an inclusive team empowered to create innovative ways to support people to achieve their personal goals, living the life they choose.
Supporting people to access the community for activities, day-to-day living, and wellbeing. The right applicant will enjoy swimming, spending time in the garden, and sourcing new and exciting activities. You will also play an important role with families, supporting people to maintain good relationships. If you are caring, committed, and compassionate about making a difference, we would love to hear from you. Full training, induction, and shadowing are paid time.
Driving licence is essential. This role involves working weekends and awake nights on a rota system.
