Warehouse Manager required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Poland.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate the client warehouse/yard setup in the Port of Leba
* Coordinate the PPE, lifting equipment and tool storage
* Manage the issue of return of equipment to internal personnel and external contractors
* Manage and coordinate maintenance and certification of equipment
* Prepare tools and cargo in cooperation with site technicians
* Loading/unloading of CTVs via shoreside crane
* Receiving and sending stores/cargo
* Warehouse management including stock keeping
* Manage and coordinate document control of equipment certification and upload of documents to the document management systems
* Coordinate and schedule port facility sharing on a daily basis for site team/visitors
* Maintain yard security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the port facility
* Welcome visitors, including site induction and helping them to utilise the port facilities
* Inform client team about external visitors in client port
* Support with organising parking spots for employees and guests
Requirements
* Polish right to work essential
* Slinger/Banksman certification
* Valid UDT forklift operator licence
* Valid UDT stationary crane operator certificate (up to 3.5 tonnes)
* Valid GWO: manual handling, fire awareness, first aid
