Graduate Engineer – Project Delivery (MWH Treatment)

We’re excited to expand our Operations division with Graduate Project Delivery Engineers for our 2026 intake, based in Coleshill in the Severn Trent Framework. Join our Professional Development Programme and work alongside Project Delivery specialists.

What will you be doing?

Working within the Delivery team you will support the Project Engineer and Project Manager across all stages of the project, including design, site operations and stakeholder engagement.

* Assist the project team to drive projects forward.
* Set out and manage site operations to ensure safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, timely production and customer satisfaction.
* Write method statements and risk assessments, and procure sub‑contractors, labour, plant and material resources.
* Ensure actions are carried out at the right time, by the right people and within budget.
* Develop key relationships with clients, design teams, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
* Undertake a placement in our engineering team to learn how concept solutions are developed into engineering drawings, models and deliverables.
* Drive the implementation of sustainable, safe, cost‑effective solutions on critical water infrastructure projects.

What will I need to be considered?

* Achieved or on track to achieve a degree in engineering, project or construction management.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Ability to travel to the office and sites; a full UK driving licence preferred.
* Flexibility and willingness to spend time in other offices and sites.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Self‑motivated with a can‑do attitude.
* A team player who solves problems.


What happens next?
