About The Role
We are looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Grianan.
We seek a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. Your role will be vital in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community outings.
We provide a company vehicle for transporting clients to activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive this vehicle, you must hold a full UK driving license or have been driving in the UK for at least 2 years.
