Salary – £28,000 6-month guarantee, OTE £35,000
Hours - Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm / Sat 9am – 3pm with Day off in the week
Full license and own car required

The role on offer is for a Trainee Sales Negotiator who will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the high standards our client is known for. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and providing expert advice to clients.
Role Responsibilities
* Assist clients in buying, selling properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
* Supporting senior negotiators with on going deals
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and support.
* Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers, always aiming for the best outcomes for clients.
* Following up leads on enquiries
* Speaking with potential buyers
* Building relationships to encourage sales
* Stay updated with market trends and local property values to provide accurate information.
Skills and Experience Required
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
* Proven track record of punctuality and reliability, demonstrating strong time management abilities
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* A genuine enthusiasm for the property market, with a keen interest in local property trends.
