Your main role will be to operate, and engage in, the production and packing of our products into their respective formats. Working as part of a team you will follow a production plan, ensuring our lines produce the highest quality product for our customers as efficiently as possible whilst adhering to stringent Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Quality standards & procedures.
We operate a 4 on/4 off shift pattern made up 2 days & 2 nights.
What Experience You'll Need To Have
* Background within a production/manufacturing environment with food manufacturing experience being preferred
* Relevant food safety qualifications
* Working knowledge of health & safety practices such as manual handling etc.
* Be a team player with the drive to succeed with effective communication skills & an ability to develop winning relationships
* A curiosity and aptitude for problem solving as part of continuous improvement
* A self-starter committed to further self-development
* A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
