Overview
An experienced and qualified Occupational Therapist is required for a part‑time role of 15 hours per week, based on the PICU ward (Purdown). Responsibilities include carrying out assessments, contributing to ward rounds and care plans, and liaising with other therapists and consultant psychiatrists. Salary up to £14,247 depending on experience. The hospital is located at Stapleton, M32; Grade II listed building set on extensive grounds less than three miles from Bristol city centre, with free on‑site parking. The facility offers 77 beds across seven wards including Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU), eating disorders, acute care, rehab and recovery.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be part of a compassionate team committed to patient wellbeing, using proven therapies. You will assist qualified staff with assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
