Job Title: Administrator
Forrest Recruitment Ltd is delighted to be working exclusively with our successful client, an established company with over 20 years of experience in their field. The role involves working alongside a team of 18 in modern offices, reporting to the Office Manager, and collaborating with a part-time Administrator.
The responsibilities include:
1. Scanning paperwork
2. Booking incoming and outgoing work via post and PODs, typing details into their bespoke in-house system, and sending them off
3. Assisting with packaging products, labeling, and shipping as needed
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
To succeed in this role, candidates should have previous administration experience, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. This is a rare opportunity to join a long-standing and established team.
