PA - Temp 4 weeks - £21.63 per hour Hybrid / City of London
Insurance company is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support their Head of Facilities at their City of London offices.
This is a temporary role to start ASAP (dependant on checks) for an initial 4-week period and will pay £21.63 per hour PAYE.
This role will be hybrid predominantly be office based, working 3 days per week in the office.
The PA will support the Head of Property and Sustainability and provide further assistance to Head of Client Services and Head of House Operations. Duties will include:
* Diary and meeting management.
* Arrange on and off-site team meetings (inc. venue, accommodation, transport, IT equipment, lunches/dinners)
* Arrange when required both domestic and overseas travel (inc. visas, flights, car transfers, accommodation)
* Co-ordinate attendance and meeting rooms for the facilities team meetings including taking minutes and follow up actions.
* Assist team with complex administrative functions.
* First point of contact for all the team for problem solving
* Draft correspondence, emails and documents efficiently and accurately as required
* Assist with creating /editing /reviewing presentations for meetings (mostly PowerPoint) using templates
