Security Account Manager
Pay Structure:£32,000-£35,000 plus £8,500.
Location: Sales – Wantage, Oxfordshire (Hybrid; 2 days from home, 3 days in the office).

We supply enterprise‑level Wi‑Fi, Point‑to‑Point and security technologies to a very hungry market. We are a privately owned, award‑winning business that has become a recognised leader in its industry and has experienced rapid growth since its inception in 2005.
Position Summary: An exciting opportunity for a Security Account Manager within the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will focus on new account acquisition and growth as well as managing an existing customer account base.
Principal Duties
* Identifying new opportunities to grow in the Cybersecurity business within existing Tier 2 customer account base.
* Pro‑actively follow up leads generated.
* Maintain the database to a high degree of accuracy to enable targeted marketing activity to generate new business.
* Work closely with the marketing team to achieve agreed objectives.
* Liaise effectively with all departments within the business to ensure that customer requirements are met.
* Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas.
* Provide quotations to clients.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
* At least 2‑3 years working within a sales environment, preferably in a proactive role in a similar industry.
* Excellent telephone skills.
* High degree of accuracy.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload.
* Ability to deal with technical product information.
* Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation.
Working Conditions
Must have a clean driving licence and own car due to the rural location.
