Customer Support Executive– Ripon (HG4 1SL)- Managed Services

As a Customer Support Executive based in Ripon (HG4 1SL) you’ll be responsible for:

1. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers via phone and email.
2. Managing order enquiries, processing requests and tracking order statuses.
3. Coordinating with internal and external teams to source products and meet customer requirements.
4. Addressing order-related queries and ensuring timely follow-ups.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, with one additional weekend day required every 4-6 weeks which is paid as overtime. After completing training, there’s an opportunity for hybrid working, with two days per week working from home.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

1. A proactive approach with a customer-focused mindset.
2. Previous experience working in a customer service environment would be ideal.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and handle enquiries with professionalism.
4. High level of attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
5. Computer literate with confidence using new systems.
