Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Service Desk Analyst
with proficiency in both
German and English
to join our team on a 6-month contract. The role involves providing technical assistance to users, troubleshooting computer-related issues, and ensuring smooth resolution of problems via phone and chat.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to user inquiries regarding software and hardware operation, resolving issues of low to moderate complexity.
* Perform remote installations, configuration, or basic hardware/software testing when required.
* Execute system commands, monitor functionality, and identify potential errors.
* Document daily transactions, incidents, resolutions, and installation activities accurately.
* Utilize technical manuals, user interactions, and diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems effectively.
* Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
* Associate's degree in a computer-related field, or equivalent training/experience.
* Proficiency in
German and English
(both verbal and written).
* Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks.
* Familiarity with:
* Configuration management software
* Desktop communication tools
* Operating systems (Windows/macOS)
* Internet directory services software
