Role Overview
Delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, providing evidence-based, family-centred public health services that meet the needs of children, young people, families, and local communities.
Main Duties
We are recruiting a School Nurse to lead delivery of the Healthy Child Programme within the School Nursing 5–19 Team. You will assess, plan, deliver, and review public health interventions across your school community. You will supervise and support staff and learners within the School Nurse team to maintain safe and consistent practice. The role also includes working with partner agencies to support effective interagency planning and service delivery.

* Qualified School Nurse (SCPHN) with leadership skills.
* Proactive and committed to improving outcomes for children, families, and communities.
* Full driving licence.
* Enhanced criminal record disclosure check required.
