We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Hospitality and Events Manager to lead our hospitality offering and manage a diverse range of non-matchday events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all aspects of matchday hospitality across lounges, executive boxes, and premium areas.
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver a variety of non-matchday events, including conferences, private functions, corporate bookings, and community events.
* Work closely with the culinary and operational teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and guest experience.
* Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and VIP guests.
* Drive revenue growth through creative packages, seasonal offers, and upselling opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety, licensing, and operational standards.
* Manage hospitality budgets, forecast sales, and report on performance against KPIs.
* Recruit, train, and lead event staff and matchday hospitality teams.
