🔹 About the Role
As an RMN/RNLD at Asher House, you will be part of a highly supportive multidisciplinary team delivering meaningful, person-centred care. This role is ideal for nurses passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives within their community.
You will:

Deliver high-quality mental health and learning disability nursing care.
*
Conduct robust assessments, create personalised care plans and evaluate progress.
*
Support service users with communication needs, sensory challenges, and behaviours of concern.
*
Promote independence, community integration, and wellbeing through therapeutic engagement.
*
Work collaboratively across MDTs, families, and external agencies.
*
Ensure safeguarding, dignity, respect, and clinical excellence at all times.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
*
NMC-registered RMN or RNLD.
*
Experience within LD, autism, mental health, or complex-behaviour services.
*
Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and resilience.
*
Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team.
*
Commitment to person-centred care, positive behaviour support, and empowerment.
*
Up-to-date Enhanced DBS + mandatory training.
*
3-Day BILD Certified PMVA training certificate (required for all Elysium roles going forward).
