As Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing project costs and procurement processes, ensuring financial efficiency from start to finish. A solid grasp of construction practices and cost control is essential.Duties to include:

* Source and procure subcontractor and supplier packages.
* Track and manage project costs to maintain budgetary control.
* Prepare tender documentation and assist in contractor and supplier selection.
* Negotiate favourable terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and budget adherence.
* Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to align financial and construction goals.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Proven experience in the residential construction industry is highly desirable.
