Salary: £32,000 - 58,000 per year Requirements: Proven success in MSP / Managed Services account growth, renewals, or service-led sales Confident running QBRs/service reviews, turning insights into scoped, deliverable work Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience building per user pricing and addon bundles aligned to SLAs and support scope Excellent stakeholder management across Sales, Service Desk, Professional Services, and clients; calm, structured escalation handling Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft SharePoint for contract/renewal administration; understanding of ISO aligned documentation discipline (desirable) Working knowledge of ITIL service concepts and MSP tooling (e.g., RMM/monitoring, ticketing, documentation) (desirable) Responsibilities: Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and in-life service reviews, communicating performance, risks, roadmap, and improvement actions Maintain the client success plan and own escalations in partnership with Service Delivery Manager and Service Desk Manager Facilitate projects flowing from QBRs and audits by coordinating Professional Services resourcing Own renewal cycles end to end, including forecasting, scope/seat validation, and paperwork execution Drive expansion revenue in collaboration with Account Managers, focusing on cross-sell and upsell opportunities Identify and convert net-new MSP opportunities, running discovery and shaping scope appropriately Build client-specific pricing models and prepare proposals/SOWs Coordinate contract execution, ensuring CRM and master contract registers are updated per process Safeguard margin and service quality through accurate effort estimates and risk identification Serve as the bridge between Account Managers, clients, Service Desk, and Service Delivery Manager Ensure onboarding, changes, and project transitions follow process and are fully documented Keep NetSuite/CRM accurate and produce necessary reports, feeding monthly and quarterly reviews Technologies: CRM Support ITIL SharePoint Cloud Security More: We are a Managed Services company located in Sheffield, offering a hybrid working environment.
