Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people with learning difficulties and disabilities, excellent communication skills, integrity, adaptability, and relevant qualifications in English, maths, and learning support.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Provide effective classroom support and promote independence.
* Assist in delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
* Support communication and follow instructions to ensure access for all.
* Implement individual learning plans and monitor progress.
* Assist with personal care, mobility, medication, and support for students with high needs.
* Support students with work experience, liaising with employers and maintaining records.
* Follow confidentiality and safety policies.
* Participate in team activities and training to support students effectively.
