🚀 We’re hiring: Resource Manager

At Pixel Artworks, we create immersive experiences using light and pixel technology for some of the world’s most exciting brands and venues. Behind the scenes, our work only happens when the right people are in the right place at the right time - that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Resource Manager to sit at the heart of our studio, connecting new business, client services, finance and delivery to keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll be:
* Owning resource planning across all projects (short & mid-term)
* Balancing team wellbeing, client priorities and commercial targets
* Spotting gaps early and solving resourcing challenges proactively
* Driving utilisation and managing a smart mix of perm + freelance talent
* Leading weekly resourcing sessions and aligning stakeholders
* Supporting project timelines, delivery and margin protection
* Building and managing a high-quality freelance network
You’ll bring:
* 3+ years’ experience in a resourcing / traffic role (agency, creative or production)
* Strong understanding of project lifecycles and delivery teams
* Confidence making decisions, pushing back and influencing stakeholders
* A highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
* Strong Excel and systems experience (Paprika, Resource Guru, etc. a plus)
* Interest in improving workflows, including automation and AI tools
