Customer-service based role - Property sector- up to £25,000
Working within a private property company, this role within the Customer Support Team assists with all aspects of the customer rental journey, as well as ensuring adequate and compliant property maintenance is carried out by external contractors.
We're looking for someone with experience in a customer service role, ideally with plenty of telephone experience, with a customer-focused attitude, to ensure a positive experience for all residents and prospective tenants.

Responsibilities
1. Assisting with varied,high-volume property and tenant focused tasks throughout the day, generated through email and phone queries and requests, including property rental lifecycles, and planned and preventative property maintenance tasks
2. Liaisingon a daily basis with tenants and prospective tenants, ensuring excellent customer service at all times whether on the phone or over email.
