We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities
* Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and sterilised.
* Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have.
* Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
* Manage stock levels of dental supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary.
* Utilise IT systems for record keeping and appointment management.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge within the dental field.
Requirements
* Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant nursing qualifications.
* Strong patient care skills with a focus on providing a positive experience for patients.
* Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
* Excellent communication skills to facilitate interaction with patients and the dental team.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
