Job Description
Large commercial law firm in London seeks two contentious Construction lawyers – one of 1 to 4 and the other of 5 or more years’ PQE. The team advises a diverse client base across the construction and engineering sectors, including: • Developers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and material manufacturers • Insurers, industry professionals, investors, banks and other financial institutions • Public authorities, higher education bodies and funding and letting entities • Energy providers.

They are instructed on major development and infrastructure schemes, building remediation contracts, process plant and power generation projects, urban regeneration schemes and projects in the hotels and leisure, energy, transport, waste management, telecoms, water and utilities, process and power and rail sectors. They regularly act for clients in adjudication, Technology and Construction Court litigation, arbitration and mediation and other forms of ADR. Thee also provide a Project Counsel service to clients in connection with live projects. They’re currently looking for talented and commercially minded Associates and Senior Associates with a strong background in contentious Construction law to join their growing team.
